We finally got some puzzle mats for training! We've really gotten hooked on exercise! We run a training programme in front of the TV at home, and we finally got tired of slipping around on our broken mats. Now we have ordered puzzle mats. Soooo good!
Buying per square metre
You buy by the square metre and assemble as you wish. Absolutely fantastic to practise on! The mats are soft enough and at the same time strong enough that you can get them to lie reasonably still, especially if you put one of the edges against a wall. Works great for our training programme. After stumbling around on small, wobbly yoga mats, this is fantastic!

Go for it!
Answer: Training apps are great! I can highly recommend Runkeeper. You see how far you have walked/jumped, you also see where, the speed and how many calories you have burned.

Unfortunately, it's not enough to buy a bunch of tools, experience tells me that you have to do the work yourself, make up your mind and don't give up. Good luck on the carpets.

I bought these rugs for the kids when they were little, perfect because you can just move them around and put them together (I had some with letters on them). They are perfect and thick enough to provide a good base! How good you are with your training!!! Good tools make a big difference!

Junitjej, thanks for the tips! Will check out Runkeeper. I recognise that I have heard about it before too...
Frankie & Co, they are great! Above all, it's good that you can do all the exercises on them. Before, we had to drag the mats back and forth between exercises...
Lars Permeln, this is so true! Just as it doesn't help just to buy a training card at a gym...
Pia, yes, the puzzle system is easy! Of course it helps with good equipment! Some things we did on a hard floor before, easy to get hurt or hurt yourself ...
