Now we are finally on our way to Europe with the motorhome! We didn't manage to go that far the first night (I'm probably exhausted!), but we got to Trosa, which was our first stop. There was incredibly nice with fantastic weather and full of sailboats in the harbour. The next day we continued down to Skåne.
Stop in Trosa
It is absolutely fantastic to finally be on the road. We have been looking forward to this summer holiday so much! It's Peter, me and Peter's youngest son Billie. The plan is to go to Italy, and once we are down there, Billie's cousin will also fly down to be with us for a week.
Now that you are finally on the road, you want to go further than Trosa, but what happened? Peter became so extremely tired that he was simply forced to stop. I don't have a driving licence, so if Peter is too tired to drive, we have no choice but to stop. Worked too hard? Yes, definitely! The tiredness when you are finally free comes as a letter in the post ...
We stopped at the car park in Trosawhich we think is very good. Here it was an ice cream in the sun and then dinner before it was time to sleep ...
Gammeleksgården - and towards Europe
So how far did we get yesterday? We are actually still in Sweden. Billie is a bit disappointed about this, as he was hoping we would get further. Men The same thing happened today as yesterday. Peter got extremely tired and couldn't drive anymore.
This night we stayed in Landskrona. We found Gammeleksgården, which is a cosy farm dating back to the 1700s. Now the farm is Bed & Breakfast and there are also parking spaces for motorhomes and caravans. We sat outside and ate at the farm's restaurant (delicious food) and then we slept well in our motorhome. Unfortunately we forgot to take pictures of the farm. Now we will finally roll out of Sweden! Towards Malmö and the Öresund Bridge!

I follow the blog with great excitement. I hope you have air conditioning in the motorhome! We've had around 30C here in London for at least 3 days and the air conditioning has been broken in the office so we've had an indoor working temperature of 32C ...awful!!! Give me ice and snow any day 😉 . Have a super nice continuation. /H.
