We are still at Piantelle camping on Lake Garda. So it's sun and bathing in Italy. The climate feels like Asia; humid heat and a temperature that is constantly above 30 degrees. Sometimes there is a heavy rain shower, but after a while it is over. And the heat is still just as compact...
Swimming in the pool
We never expected it to be this hot in Italy! We sunbathe and swim every day and are starting to look like gingerbread men. Billie prefers to be by the pool, so right now it's the pool for a few days, although Peter and I prefer the lake...
Inside the car it is of course hot (we haven't bought AC yet!) but it is nice to sit outside the car and drink good Italian wine and eat super good (!) Italian tomatoes. To be able to sleep, it is important to open all windows during the evening and turn on the fan...
Games in the motorhome
Bille likes to swim in the pool, but is getting tired of us who mostly want to sunbathe and don't feel like throwing a ball in the water for hours ... We play MIG (card game) or BUZZ on Playstation every night, which is really fun, but it's not enough to remove the restlessness ...

Glad you are following us! Lake Garda is recommended! I think it is very nice also when it is cooler, and certainly less tourists to crowd with! Also a little lower prices on campsites and pitches if you travel outside the high season!
