Today we received an issue of Husbilen Test in our letterbox, with a report from the promised land of the Slide Out: the USA. Of course, many of the motorhomes are already enormous. before you fold the Slide Out, only to become gigantic ...
Small motorhomes with slide out
But there are also small motorhomes with Slide Outs, like this small 7.3 metre motorhome from Four Winds. When you unfold the Slide Out, it becomes really spacious. A small motorhome with a Slide Out certainly seems pretty handy ...
Apparently there is some kind of aversion to Slide Outs in Europe because we don't think they can handle our climate. But according to Stefan Janeld, who made the report for Husbilen Test, the Americans believe that the cars can easily withstand our climate. their cold and wet climates ... What do you think about Slide Outs?

en: haha that's funny. Yes and often they are in a little more "tourist-free" places that you come across them too. Like here in Penang. But it's just as fun every time 🙂 where does the next trip go for you?

The top with slideouts gives good turning space inside, worse to use them on EU campsites. At Almafra camping Resort in Alfaz del Pi (near Benidorm) there are many such cars. Seen and been inside many Am Motorhomes at the RV show in Los Angeles 2005, we are ready for it!

Looks like a villa where you can stay in the sun. Now, a motorhome should be a motorhome.

Yes, why not a slide outs but I don't know how it would look on our car, a small car. Because it is precisely a small car we want.
Greetings from Leena who now has summer in the garage (got our car home last week).

So glad to read that I have been added on Bloglovin !
Especially since I haven't had any inspiration at all lately, but just been tired and lethargic...
I hope my brain clears up soon, so maybe there will be more fun reading in the future.
Well, as I said, I'm not a motorhome person, but that seems incredibly clever!
The question is, however, how well it works this winter?
Went out to sweep the latest snow off my car today, and the whole tailgate was covered with a thick layer of ice, which went all the way up to the rear window....
If it had been like that on one of those protrusions, there might have been a problem getting it back in... =D
