Hjälmaregården is idyllically beautiful in Läppe, on the southern shore of Lake Hjälmaren (not far from Vingåker). There is a farm with a conference centre, cottages for rent, camping and a nice bathing area. Soon there will also be a nice service centre.
Hjälmaregården - camping and conference
Here at Hjälmaregården we take the opportunity to combine work and leisure. I have been asked to give a lecture for an organisation that uses the conference facility here. Since the date also coincides with a weekend, we took the opportunity to combine business with pleasure. We are here with the motorhome and I give the lecture. Then we move on.
Hjälmaregården has cottages, hostels and regular campsites. Right next door is the beautiful Hjälmaresjön lake and very green surroundings. Here you can of course both swim and engage in other activities, such as kayaking. Read more at the campsite's website.
Nice in the sun
We arrived at Hjälmaregården the day before the lecture, and had time to just enjoy the beautiful weather. First we went for a walk of course, to look around in the surroundings. Then we sat outside in the sun, enjoying a beer and a good book.
Renovation at the moment
It is little It's a pity that they're in the middle of construction here and that the construction workers don't want to go home (even though it's a busy day and it's five o'clock). Probably they're stressed about midsummer, when the service centre will be ready... Probably the place will be even better when the construction is finished!

Hi looking on a turn, looks very nice there. We ourselves had plans for a trip over to Germany, but have changed our minds due to the infection that exists there and it may only be a small quick trip over and Jutland instead 😉.
We were at Örnexpo looking at the realisation of a 2012 Adria MATRIX SUPREME M 687 SL.

Håkan Stålbert says:
Hello!
Glad you liked our place.
Sorry the construction workers bothered you!
I can only mention that the construction workers are doing this completely voluntarily in their spare time, hence the somewhat strange construction times.
Welcome back!
