Our motorhome Freedom has been on the road this weekend, and we visited good friends. Together we put together a table with lots of picnic food. A bit simple, but very tasty and cosy! Here are recipes for two tasty (and very simple) favourites. Do you have any favourites that you like to serve on a picnic table?
Breasola with chèvre (4 servings)
- 12 slices of breasola
- goat
Proceed as follows: Place a small amount of chevre on each slice of breasola and roll up into thin rolls. Leave in the fridge for a while before serving.
Bacon wrapped dates (4 servings)
- 12 dates
- 12 almonds
- 12 slices of bacon
Proceed as follows: Remove the seeds from the dates and replace them with almonds. Roll a slice of bacon around each date and secure with a toothpick. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the dates and let them cool down a bit.

The food looks so good!
Answer: I can agree with your colleague. White goods is really a strange word for cookers, fridges, washing machines etc.

Sounds and looks damn good! Now I have no favorites of my own that we offer as I / we actually do everything to go away as often as possible, it will be best that way! (smiles)
Have a nice continued Advent Sunday!
