Sometimes we make fish soup or fish stew from scratch. But sometimes it's nice to keep it simple. We start with a ready-made soup and "heat it up" with extra ingredients and spices. And we serve it with a baguette with cambozola - not bad at all!
Here's what we do
We start with Kelda Seafood Soup and add whatever we feel like: diced fresh salmon, fresh prawns, yellow peppers, sliced carrots, leeks, black olives, herbs, chilli powder... and maybe saffron. Do you have any other good tips for ready-to-eat dishes that can be "hotted up"?

Sounds smart and the soup looked good!
I just recently read or heard about something really cool and stuff, but don't think I remembered it!
Have a good day.

Katarina, soup is good! 🙂
Ninni, no, but that's how it usually is... you see something and think that's good, and then you forget... 😉.

Friday night's meal fixed thanks to your tip. Really good after adding prawns and a few other odds and ends. A dish that goes as fast as ready meals is omelette, can be varied endlessly, finely cut bacon and tomato or diced potatoes, mushrooms and onions, and we often have it as a quick lunch when we are out with the motorhome.
