We are running a training programme at home in front of the TV, and I promised to report back on how it goes! The programme includes six workouts a week for 90 days, and we bought the Tapout XT programme.
12 different sessions
There are 12 different sessions that vary according to a schedule: both strength and cardio, and also yoga. The exercises are good and fairly easy to understand, but it's really tough and the pace is sometimes crazy. Many times we don't have a chance to keep up ...
Evaluation after 10 days
The biggest achievement is that we drive every day and still feel motivated! The training is hard, but also quite fun. Especially when you run together! You have to weigh yourself and take some measurements on day 1, 10, 30, 60 and 90.
No major difference on the scale yet, but maybe a slightly better measurement... It's still heavy, but it feels like you have a little more energy now. And getting more energy is one of our goals! The next evaluation will be on day 30 ...

Well done to both of you.
I myself am ashamed, have a small gym at home and have not opened the door to it yet! But maybe I will do it now that I see that you are so disciplined and skilful.

Go for it!
You are good even if the pace is too fast.
Hats off!

Frankie & Co, well now that we've told you about this, we can't help but continue!
😉
JoY, oh a gym at home!? It was not stupid! We have sometimes been really bad at exercising, but now we are starting! Hope you find inspiration and get started too!
Annika, thank you! It's great to have someone cheering you on!

How good you are! You who travel and train must be at least 100 years old!
