Phew, this was crazy! We have started a new training programme, which lasts for 90 days, and which we do at home in front of the TV. Today we did the first session, and I promise it was heavy! In the middle, I just collapsed on the floor and started laughing...
Let's see how it goes ...
But hopefully you get stronger as you continue! We think the biggest advantage is that you don't need any machines or weights, you can train at home in your living room. But we'll come back to you in a few weeks with what we think ...
Horns says:
But God how good you are then. I should exercise more than I do, but I go for lots of walks every day anyway.

Synne says:
It is important to have character! I do not think I would fix it in the long run but you are very good if you can do it! Go!

Hey, a lot of walking every day sounds good to me!
🙂
Synne, so far it is only the first day... so it remains to be seen.

Frankie & Co says:
In fact, this is my third week of training 🙂 .
I am also at home, and indoors so far, varying between my little threadmill band, express training 15 min on the mat and digital jump rope Monday-Thursday/Friday. I watched your program's trailer, and it seemed great, but I go out at a much lower pace and think you are great to give you such a tough programme, you will be an inspiration for me to increase my training with so do not forget to update us here on the blog about the training! Go for it!

Frankie & Co, great to hear that you are also in the running! We can encourage each other! Of course we will report back on how it goes!

Answer: Working out in a group is inspiring, especially with good music. Go for it if you manage to exercise at home!

Well done! But I think I'll stay on the sofa here in front of the TV...

Seniors Speculate says:
It is skilful and ambitious to do it yourself and at home. We will continue with our walks and in the worst case scenario it will have to be
"the treadmill". But it is nicer outside. It will be fun to hear if you can do the entire programme. 3M

Junitjej, well so far we have only done two sessions... but at least we are two who can encourage each other.
😉
Ama de casa, wishing you a nice TV evening!
😉
Seniors Speculating, walking is good exercise! I agree that it's nicer outside than on the tape, but that could be due to the weather... Yes, it will be exciting to see... we'll report of course!
🙂

Wow, that seems like a lot of work. You've bought the DVDs, I suppose? Are they good and not just crazy American? It seems so on the adverts. Feel free to write and tell me more 🙂 If it makes sense, I'm in. Monica

Monica, yes we have bought the DVDs. The exercises are really good - but the workouts are VERY tough! That is, many times I don't have a chance to do all the repetitions - it's just TOO heavy! In the end, I am sweaty and laughing on the floor... haha. The way of talking and pushing is VERY American, but if you can overlook it, they actually show all the exercises quite clearly and pedagogically. But as I said, very tough workouts!!!
