On 20 March, the programme "Gone camping" will premiere on Camping.se. The programme is led by Martin Örnroth, who has been a reporter for När & Fjärran on TV4. Are you planning to watch?
Adventure with a motorhome or caravan
The programme aims to make the motorhome or caravan feel like a tool for experiencing exciting things. There will be timber rafting along the river Klarälven and trips to the Moselle Valley in Germany and Tuscany in Italy.
Camping from a broader perspective
I like that camping can be portrayed in a broader way than it was in Böda Camping, but it's a bit of a shame that the programme will only be shown on the internet. Will you be watching?
Seniors Speculate says:
Why not? It can be fun to see if they show places you visit. We thought the curved campsite was a disaster. 3 M

Last year I managed to save us from being in the "Göta Kanal"!
We love being by the canal and love cycling but not being made fun of on TV3!
That summer there was no Göta Canal!
We went down to Europe!
Live well!

I would like to see the programme. Motorhomes are something completely new to me and I have only tried a couple of weeks in the U.S. over 20 years ago and then in a modified Volkswagen bus, camper. But it was both exciting, fun and educational.
But the idea of travelling by motorhome appeals to me.

Seniors Speculate, yes Böda camping feels like camping in the very way that it does not appeal to me....
Lennart, is that true? Good thing there are many nice places in Europe then!

Thanks for that tip, seems to be a more serious programme about camping life than Böda. And for that matter also the programme from Pite Havsbad, Norrland's riviera.
We will have to check and see.
