What about our training? We follow a training programme at home in front of the TV with six sessions a week for 90 days. Our goal is to lose a few kilos around the stomach, become more fit and, above all, feel more alert, flexible and strong.
Measurements
According to the programme, you should weigh yourself and measure a number of different things on days 1, 10, 30, 60 and 90. Now we are at day 30! (Actually, it's been a bit longer, but I had to take a break for a week or so because of the flu.) So how has it gone?
Following the programme
Above all, we are happy that we are still following the programme and are motivated! The flu put a spanner in the works for a while and caused us to lose momentum, but now we'll be up and running again. Peter has reduced his waist size by a few centimetres and we both feel that we have gained some stronger muscles. So now we just have to continue! We will return with a report on day 60.
