We have been following our training programme for 60 days now, and it actually feels even more fun and motivating now. The programme consists of six workouts per week, which you do at home in front of the TV. It's really tough, but it's varied and fun. And now that you've got into the habit, it would be strange not to exercise in the evening ...
Check-up day 60
According to the instructions, you should do a small "check up" with weighing and measurements on days 10, 30, 60 and 90. And today was actually the first time we could see some results for sure! We have both lost a few kilos and reduced a few centimetres around the waist. And of course it also helps with the motivation!

HEY! It would be great if you could get someone to do this with you - because you can't do it by yourself, or should I say by myself, _I_ can't do it. It will be walking and jogging for my part but a little strength for my lousy joints should be in place.
You are good! It's great when it pays off!

Ninni, I agree that it's easier to do something like this together with someone! We can push each other! I think I would find it difficult otherwise ...

Wow, it's already been 60 days? I'm glad it's paid off. The most important thing is to get into the habit, continue to set aside time every week now that you've started. Go for it!

wow, great that it works for you. I myself have probably not had the pli´e on me to do it, but I need more pressure on me than that to take in properly. But in itself, you are two and can push each other! Good job and keep up the good work 🙂.

Frankie & Co, thank you very much!
🙂
Aniika, I agree! The most important thing is to have gotten into the habit, and the most important results may be that you feel that you can cope a little more, and that I actually get less headaches when I exercise. But it is also nice with some measurements, so you get the feeling that you are doing the right thing!
😉
Agneta, yes, it's good to be two! And that bloke on the TV screen is really pushy too!
😉
