60 days of training with tapout XT

We have been following our training programme for 60 days now, and it actually feels even more fun and motivating now. Check-up day 60

According to the instructions, you should do a small "check up" with weighing and measurements on days 10, 30, 60 and 90. And today was actually the first time we could see some results for sure! We have both lost a few kilos and reduced a few centimetres around the waist. And of course it also helps with the motivation!
