We rolled past the caravan park in Trosa yesterday, which was full of motorhomes, and continued out on the small bridge towards Trosa havsbad and camping. Trosa's site is excellent, but we have been there many times and were a little curious about the campsite.
Nice waterfront location
Trosa havsbad and camping is located on the waterfront outside Trosa. The environment is a bit hilly, and there is a wild mix of vehicles: caravans with terraces, camper vans that do not seem to have any plans to move and motorhomes on a temporary visit. We found a spot overlooking the water and immediately pulled out chairs and tables. Great to be able to sit outside!
We were hungry when we arrived, so we had to heat up yesterday's saffron-scented fish stew right away... It was delicious! The rest of the day we took it easy, enjoying the fresh air and reading a book each.
More pictures from Trosa Havsbad
Now we have woken up to a sunny, but slightly chilly, day at Trosa havsbad and camping. We have walked around the area and seen that the campsite looks quite nice, albeit a bit disorganised and messy.
There is a small sandy beach and a small boat harbour. Next to the boat harbour, there also seem to be special motorhome pitches, without electricity. Here are some pictures so you can see for yourself what it looks like. You can also read more at the campsite's website.

Ditte, good to hear that you've had nice weather! We have also had quite nice, but it feels like the cold does not really let go this year. Nice with such a long holiday anyway!
