We have now installed carpet in the boiler room (our crawl-in closet) and in the part of the lower deck that we use as a walk-in closet (our walk-in closet). We started on the boiler room this week, and last night the carpet in the larger room was installed.
More cosy with carpets
It turned out well, we think, and it will feel warmer on our feet! Slowly we are starting to feel more and more prepared for the winter cold ...

What a fantastic amount you've managed to do, even though you work during the day, you're good at it. How nice it will be and nice with full coverage. Seems like there are nice spaces that you have utilised wisely. It is important to be practical. Hugs

Crawl in closet was a fun expression! But won't it be damp with a carpet on a boat? Or maybe it's my prejudice that it should be more humid there than in an ordinary home.
It turned out fine anyway.

Frankie & Co, it's so nice!
Maggan and Ingemar, thank you for your kind words! We are working on
😉
No M, it can be a bit damp sometimes, but in that case we turn on the dehumidifier. It's certainly not so damp that we can't have carpets.
