I never cease to be fascinated by American motorhomes. Above all, they are often impressive in size, but it is also interesting to see some different solutions than in the European cars. In Sweden, you can buy American motorhomes through American Motorhomes, which imports the vehicles directly from the USA.
Tiffin Breeze
A popular model is the Tiffin Breeze, which can even be difficult to get hold of, as demand exceeds supply. It's 2.45 wide, 9.5 metres long and has two slideouts facing each other, giving it plenty of space when parked without being too big on the road.
HR Multisport and SC Sporthomes
In addition to American motorhomes, HR Multisport and SC Sporthomes can be found at American Motorhomes. The HR Multisport is suitable if you are transporting dogs, horses or perhaps vehicles. In other words, it is an option for those who want both a fully equipped living area and a large garage. SC Sporthomes are English motorhomes, available in both larger and smaller models. Read more about the different motorhomes at American Motorhomes.
BP says:
That American motorhome in picture 1 reminds me of a bus. A friend of the husband bought an old bus in England and converted it into a motorhome. He did a great job, although turning/backing the car in a Swedish car park didn't go so well. All the cars had to be moved away first...

When we've visited the son in California, we've usually tried to get to a couple of RV dealerships or trade shows. It's fun to be able to enjoy all the baubles.
They have incredibly luxurious vehicles that cost so much less "over there". In addition, the owners can really live in them all year round if they live on the west coast, for example.
A Norrbotten resident can only dream 😉.

Looks more like a bus! can you drive it with a normal driving licence? And thanks for the tip on the car hire site below. We will be renting a car in Sweden this summer when we get home, so will check there!

BP, sure, every extra metre takes up extra space... it certainly depends on how you want to drive and where.
Henny, yes, the prices are a bit different. And some of those you could easily live in!
Emmy, I don't know exactly what the driving licence rules are. In general, motorhomes under 3.5 tonnes (like ours) can be driven with a B licence and heavier cars need another licence. You may be able to drive heavier cars if you have an older B licence, but I don't have full knowledge of that.

Bosse and Gerd says:
Helena,
If you took your driving licence before 1996 and have not had it revoked due to speeding or drunk driving, you can drive a motorhome over 3.5 tonnes on an ordinary B-card. Upwards there is no weight restriction as long as the vehicle is equipped for motorhome use, whether the motorhome weighs 3.6 tonnes or 18 tonnes or even more!

I think they are probably too bulky and large. I'm so happy with the little Carthagon we have 🙂.

Bosse and Gerd, thanks for the clarification! That's what I wasn't quite sure about.
Criss-cross, it's great when you're happy!
