Ohhh I have also been to Iceland and love Reykjavik! Of course, I also like the tip about New Zealand 😉.
And even though I have been to Iceland, I would love to go back there. Was there with my dad when I was 16. I have heard that there is a good party there so I would love to go with a bunch of girlfriends!

My favourite weekend destinations are Berlin, Prague and Tallinn, but also Barcelona. Sol o Europa Mallorca, Menorca and Sardinia. Bathing, sun and experiences in Asia I think like you but replace Malaysia with Indonesia and the Gili Islands. To the adventures and experiences I like to add Tibet and the train journey there. Always fun to get new tips from you and in the comments. Much is left to see and experience but now I refrain from sun and bathing trips.

As a weekend I agree with Ditte, Berlin, Prague and Tallinn are great! But I like all destinations, for me the attraction is just to be travelling / in a different place than at home. The only place I feel that I would not recommend is Tunisia, it was not a great place.

Jennifer, how nice that you like Iceland! I lived there for a year when I was 17, so for me Iceland is a bit nostalgic. And yes, they are good at partying!
🙂
Ditte, thank you for your tips! There are still many places in Europe that we have not visited, but we will see more in the coming year. Indonesia and the Gili Islands seem fantastic!
Alexandra, can agree, we also like to experience new places! There are not so many places we haven't liked... but maybe some. Now I was a bit inspired to write about it!

Oh, so difficult... There are so many great places to go. Right now I'm inclined to say Valencia
🙂
However, I think my absolute favourite city is Rio.

Reykjavik is great for a weekend (or even a week!). Don't miss all the great restaurants! If you have time, there's a lot of fascinating nature to experience too...!
