Yesterday we were noticed twice, first in Expressen which lists Sweden's best travel blogs and then in Travelmarket's competition for Sweden's best travel blog, where we are now in the final. So much fun! In less than two weeks it is clear who has Sweden's and Scandinavia's best travel blog ...
Expressen lists the best travel blogs in Sweden
Yesterday Expressen listed Sweden's 12 best travel bloggers. We are on the list, which of course we think is fantastic! Among the other travel blogs you will find everything from sailing blogs and hiking blogs to blogs from specific destinations.
As a bonus, you'll find a podcast (guess which one!). Have a look at The Express list to find more travel bloggers to inspire you in the darkness of winter.
Travelmarket has named the finalists in the competition for Sweden's best travel blog.
On the same day, Travelmarket announced the finalists in the competition for Sweden's best travel blog. Here, too, we have received a place, and this feels great! Almost 70 travel bloggers signed up for the competition and now the jury has appointed 10 finalists. The jury will then select three winners (first, second and third prize) in each of the three Scandinavian countries.
Readers' voices
Readers can also take part in the voting process. So where do your votes come in? Well, the readers' prize leads to the win Scandinavia's best travel blog. On 17 February, all the winners in the different categories will be announced. Exciting, isn't it? But, no matter how it goes, we think it's incredibly fun and honourable to be on this list!

Henny, oh how nice of you!!! 🙂 We have asked them at Travelmarket and they claim that only one vote per IP address will be counted (if that is true, you don't know for sure?). So we really appreciate your vote!!!!, but probably only one vote per IP address will be counted.... Many thanks anyway! (And as I said, you never know ;))

Congratulations on that! 🙂 I remember that I voted for your blog when the voting started at Travelmarket 🙂 .
And answer to the comment in my blog: Thank you very much! 🙂 Yes, it was really interesting to work with this theme, although of course there were many moments where the motivation was zero anyway, usually that's the case with these longer projects... 😉 My title is called something as fuzzy as "filosofie magister" (main subject German language), don't know what the equivalent is called in Sweden? 🙂
I am looking for a job yes, I would like to find a job abroad as soon as possible. Right now, where I live, there are only occasional substitute opportunities here and there and some small assignments (translation, etc.). Nothing I could pay rent, food, etc. for, however, so in order to manage (and be able to save some money so I can move abroad one day), I have to accept living with my parents for the time being. I really feel that I have to go away to get somewhere in life, my future is probably abroad as it seems.. 😉.
