Ok, here we go and Happy Friday with Peter and new antics. I have worked hard since April to get a competition on the blog and now we are in port. Compete for a weekend trip for two to Prague with 4-star hotel and it starts today on a Friday ... Happy Friday. Everyone can compete as long as you are at least 18 years old and have an email address so here we go!
Table of contents
Preparations
We wanted something extra in August and together with the big Nolia fair in Piteå which starts tomorrow. We have been working since April on a competition and it has been difficult to get someone to participate in a nice trip. Thank you Lucie and the Czech Tourist Board in Sweden for doing this with us.
I had an idea to distribute postcards about how to win a trip to Prague. We now have a lot of "postcards" to hand out at the fair in Piteå, where 100,000 people come in 9 days. The competition is for everyone, not just for the fair, and it's easy to compete.
Competing
We have created a competition form in a tab on FREEDOMtravel's website that says "Compete". Go there and follow the simple instructions and maybe you will win the trip to Prague.
Update: The competition is closed
The hotel included
Vienna House, Prague 4-star hotel with 239 designer rooms and suites as well as conference and event space. There is a spa, fitness centre, solarium, steam bath, beauty salon and sauna. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and in all rooms and the hotel offers breakfast, lunch and gourmet dinner. The hotel is located on the west side of the Vltava River in the modern "Andel" neighbourhood. Shopping and attractions are within walking distance and there is a bus/tram stop outside the hotel if you want to see more of the city.
Important
Happy Friday is meant to collect the positives from the past week and many of you read all the comments on the blog. You don't just share with us but with a lot of people who want to go into the weekend with a smile. We have had a stressful and very fun week and we enjoy every day with what we are doing. Kisses & hugs picture frame.

Exciting and fun with a competition! And Prague is such a nice city. The hotel really does not look stupid either 🙂 .
Although I guess the trip won't start from Alicante... 😉.
The best thing that happened this week is probably that we got to meet Anders' sister and her family. The biggest disadvantage of moving here to Spain is that there is quite a long time between the "near and dear meetings". So it is important to really "take care" now that we have the chance again. And it's soooo cosy! 🙂

The best thing that happened this week is that I managed to mow the grass again despite two previous weeks of various setbacks.
I am, of course, entering the competition even though I cannot travel myself. I'm competing on behalf of D, who would surely appreciate being surprised by an enjoyable and free weekend in Prague.

Great competition and Prague is wonderful!
We are home again after our road trip in Europe and Corsica was fantastic! But so wonderful to meet our little grandchild again yesterday ? In addition, we were invited to friends on genuine Hungarian goulash cooked outside over an open fire, so good. It's called something like Bograch, the best slow cooker. Have a nice weekend!

This week I only have fun to share... We have been on the first campervan turn of the year (combination broken car, lousy workshop) and saw Jill Johnson in Dalhalla!!!! <3 Incredible experience to listen to one of our favourites in such an incomparable place! Hope the trip up went well for you!

Peter Bergström says:
Ama de casa: I understand you exactly because we longed for loved ones on our one year trip and you live there year after year. Competing and winning can mean you can give the trip as a gift, so just go for it...
Liniztravel. Wow, you're really hot, Lina. Enter the competition and you'll have a double chance of winning.
Anette PHNBrink: I hope you win and you can vote more of you at home and have an extra big chance of winning. You write with a nice feeling about what you think is wonderful and it is fun to read. Have a nice week and of course we will hear from you at Elmia.
Katarina: We think we have put together a very nice competition and if you both compete, you have a better chance of winning. Travel Friday bag is quite fun on a Friday.
EVA-People in the street: You must be very hot in Greece in August and you both need to vote so it's a double chance. Glad you are having a wonderful time EVA.
Nils-Åke Hansson: Thank you for sharing wonderful experiences and really positive ones, thank you. You should compete all of you who are over 18 years old and you can actually give it as a gift if you win. Have a nice weekend.

Peter Bergström says:
Geddfish: At least you have written positively in all the crap we all have and I and other readers thank you for that Gerd. Have a nice weekend.
Jenn- Forever abroad: Haha, nice read and what a great time for you. Maybe time for a book? I hope you are lucky in the competition.
Steve: How lovely you are and you can actually give the trip away to anyone you want. you had a success with the lawnmower after two weeks and I see that as a damn positive. Have a nice weekend Steve.
Imelda: We just love Corsica and you know that and slow cooking with goulash is wonderful. I've never made it over an open fire, so it will be a challenge.
Asa. The August party sounds like a lot of fun so I'm sure you'll have a really fun week. To compete for a trip and to win it can be a very nice gift for someone who has a birthday or someone you want to surprise, so think about it.
Kicki: Yes what else is possible. Maybe win a trip as you say and oh how you want it. You sound sooooo cheerful and it's contagious so now I'm happier. Thank you so much.
Cosi Comsa: What you write goes so far. Lots of joy :).
Denandraresan: You can compete and give the trip away to someone else. What a great gift, right?
Annalena: Jill Johnson is cool, but it was worse with poor execution. I think a lot of people have been there. Try to compete and go away for a weekend.

I think it's wonderful that you are so incredibly committed to giving something back to your readers. That you got "bite" with Lucie as a sponsor.
Would love to compete for a trip to Prague, but since I do not have Facebook (and do not intend to get me either), it falls flat. Booohoooo;-)
What made me happy this week - well, that it was the sixth week with sun and heat in Stockholm:-)

We have now been working for four weeks after the holidays. I have been monitoring and responding to emails on seven colleagues' computer screens. I agree with you, it has been stressful. Now it's Friday and almost all holidays are over. That's great! I have been looking forward to this Friday evening. On Monday, the team is almost full again.

Nice to have a competition and Prague is a nice city to visit.
A lot of fun has happened this week between my work shifts. Motorhome friends who have been to visit us, we ourselves have visited other motorhome friends. What perhaps pleased me the most, was probably that for the first time I backed into our plot, with the motorhome, in between our large gate posts. There are those who do not like to back in with the car, so I was really happy about that.
Hugs and nice trip to Piteå

We woke up in the Ellen motorhome in Linköping outside the son and his family. It was again a moment of playing with the grandson in the motorhome before we went home and unpacked Ellen after our Norway trip, which has been great.
