Trade fairs are fun because you can look at lots of new products and maybe find some bargains. But it's just as fun to meet old and new friends. Yesterday we met blog friends that we have "known" for a long time in the blog world, but have never met in real life.
The bloggers behind "Everyday Glitter"
We have been following Dessan and Kjell's blog Everyday glitter for many, many years. A few times we have been close to meeting, but it hasn't happened. Not until now! We know that Dessan and Kjell live in Piteå and we had contact before the fair and talked about meeting. But that we would run into each other among the motorhomes after only a few hours was still a surprise.
Soooo nice and funny people! And it's funny, even though you've only had contact via the internet, it can feel like you already know each other. The blog world is amazing!
What else have we seen at the fair?
Seriously, we haven't had time to see much more than the motorhomes ... yet. Today we plan to check out some of the different exhibition halls. I'm a bit keen to have a look around the Food and Beverage hall and our friend Thore has spied on the Technology and Motor hall. We will of course return with a report. Meanwhile, we offer a picture of two sauna rafts.

What a great photo. Looks like a family photo of the "Motorhome families". Dessan & Kjell are like most Norwegians, really nice, but they are even nicer. We lived next door when we were at Jokkmokk's Market.

Blogging allows people like you, after travelling more than 100 miles, to meet other bloggers and that's really fun!
It was great when both you and we travelled 400 miles from Sweden and met in Benidorm this winter!

Lovely family caravan photo! 😀
Blogglandia provides so much. And I have had the opportunity to meet many people during my ten-year period. The first time, it felt a little nervous 😉 but, it was also nervous to blog in the beginning 😀.

Dessan, thank you for your nice comment! We ran into Kjell again today 🙂 Wish you a nice trip if we do not see you again here at the fair!

Ama de casa, same here, we had no idea the blog would lead to all the fun and socialising it did! And, by the way, the food and drink department was very nice 🙂 Will return!
Criss-cross, yes, very funny!
Ditte, same here, Blogglandia brings a lot of fun and many nice meetings!
Bosse and Gerd, right? And it is actually blogging that makes such meetings happen. Fantastic fun! 🙂
JoY, yes, there are so many people here, but of course, we moved in the motorhome corner 😉.
Lena & Jan, but oh what a nice comment from you! It was super fun that we could meet in Spain when we travelled around Europe last year. Thank you for a super nice reception!
Lena, good to hear that you also have that experience! We also think it's a lot of positive energy, and that's probably one of the reasons why blogging is so much fun!
Nils-Åke, that is indeed the case, in many different ways!
Geddfish, nice that you also met bloggers irl. I can recognise that it was a bit unusual in the beginning, but now it doesn't feel so strange anymore! 😉
