Yesterday I took our tables and our roll-up there. We have electricity and internet and that's enough for us. I met some friends who are exhibitors, and we only meet at fairs. It's a lot of work to get all the stands and all the cars ready. There is filing and polishing everywhere. I took the opportunity to look inside some cars and took some photos with Nikon Keymission 360. Follow along!
Pilot of 540 G
The Pilote van 540 G is only just 5.41 metres long. Helena and I tried this small campervan in Istria and it was no problem. Very smooth to drive and it feels like a normal car.
Now you can look around your car with 360 technology! Spin around the image by holding down the mouse button and dragging around. Enhance the feeling by pressing the square at the bottom right and get 360 full screen. With your smartphone, take full screen and then move your phone around and see the entire car interior from all angles. We hope all browsers can see this.
S Karosser AB
The Easy Camper EC 8 LH-2.1 side door is a body that you hang on your pickup. This one is probably for the more adventurous camper, or so you say.
Spin around in 360 and look inside and if you want full screen, press the square at the bottom right.
Motorhome days from Kista Caravan Stockholm 2017 and we report with motorhomes, caravans and accessories! What type of motorhome are you if you can choose? Small, medium, large and luxurious or the adventurer?
Lena - good for the soul says:
I think I would like the small car the most. It's because of the flexibility and the fact that it's easier to get into the city centre.
Good luck this weekend!

Husis blog says:
My owners have me, a fully integrated mid-size car. According to them, I am the best fit for their needs right now.

Oh that Pilote van looked like something for us, I'll have a look at it at the fair. I wonder how tall it is?
See you at the fair on Sunday?

Across the board says:
We want to keep our big one to live in. We have thought about replacing the car with a flatbed, but since tax and insurance are so expensive, the car will have to stay. ....
Enjoy the fair!

Lena-Good for the soul: We like small cars, but in the future there might be a more adventurous one.
Husisblogg: I think it is nice that you say right now. It means you have an open mind:-).
Travel Friday: I send a thousand hugs to those of you who can't be on your travel podcast programme. I will make you proud. Take care of yourself.
Alexandra: Great to see you:-). I will photograph more cars until then so keep an eye out.
Across the board: Hi Anette! It may come in the future and you never know. You have a super nice motorhome and it will probably have a while. Hugs from me.

Have a great fair! The pictures are so telling in 360 degrees

See you tomorrow, Friday. We are going down to Albania this autumn. Want to hear about your stay there, have read about it, but want to hear more and meet. We have an older spacious motorhome now. Have had a shorter, smaller, newer one under six metres, but it was miserable to live in. "Tight as a pantyhose." If you live in the car for long periods, you need space to live in it. See you tomorrow

Mr Steve says:
It will be exciting to see all the new features, especially with your 360 camera.
Personally, I don't have to think about which model of motorhome is suitable as my travelling days are a thing of the past and I don't even drive a car anymore.
A smaller compact car is of course easier to get around with, but if you want a motorhome, the end space should be even more important, so I would not have chosen a small compact variant.

Ama de casa says:
I'd prefer one that fits in narrow alleys 😉 Our last car was just over five metres (5.10?) so maybe that first variant you showed could work? But on the other hand, our last car didn't fit in narrow alleys either. Not according to me anyway 😀.
Nicely done with the swirly picture there! Praise to you 🙂

Anette Åhnbrink says:
Have a great fair! It will be fun to watch your 360 films! We are probably happy with the car we have, even if it pulls in the new car arm? But I agree with my namesake, that a flatbed would also be the ultimate? Then you could travel around and explore and live in the big one! If I can choose, wouldn't you be able to film a bigger Pilote, I want to see it! Have fun/Anette

Cool with the "spinning possibilities"! I think that roof box looks a bit cosy...

Goatfish says:
Your 360 pictures work great, I've tried it in FB before 😀.
If I could choose, yes I am "just" me, I wanted a small hb. But with another person by my side, I could imagine the adventurer, haha, have looked at such before, very cool!!!
All the best, good luck, hugs, Gerd

Oh I was looking for you all afternoon today;-) Didn't find you at your table or at the fair. Too bad! Blogged about it and I refer to your blog for a more "serious" report than mine;-)
Our favourite was definitely the Pilote Essential. May be the same as you photographed. I am bad at labelling with numbers;-)
We actually discussed that pickup truck and agreed that it and another one (a Ford if I remember correctly) are probably the dumbest designs available.
PS. I will start a more serious "report" tomorrow. Promise not to duplicate/plough from you;-) DS.

Nils-Åke Hansson: I am so happy that I have got 360 on the blog and it will be a whole new world. Tomorrow it will be even better with filming and everything.
Seija Vitamäki-Carlsson: It will be great to meet you and you will get new ideas from Albania. Haha, I've never heard of pantyhose before on a motorhome. We'll talk more tomorrow.
Steve: Stay alive because data time is coming fast. A driverless campervan is just what you need, then meet me in Corsica. Cheer up and think about the future.
AMA DE CASA: furthest from here! Can you hear me! hahahaha... We have travelled all the narrow alleys of southern Italy and small roads throughout Europe in a 7.3 metre alcove. More questions about that?
Anette Åhnbrink: Of course I have a Mission now. You will get your Pilot in a few versions and it will be for you. Hugs.
Marina: I'm glad you like 360. We think it's cool because you can't get it on regular film or photos. Don't forget to take full screen because it's really cool.
Geddfish: I think we have very similar ideas. We are adventurers and so we have to get around. Some jeep feeling and power.
Anki: That's great to hear! Now I will get better at making good films too, starting tomorrow.
Matts Torebring: I knew you were waiting and you will have to wait some more. Of course your KABE will come, but a little later.
Deciree: It's great to meet you but you'll miss our lecture with lots of madness at 11:00. We are recording it so you can see it on the blog.
BP: Why the hell do we always miss each other? I would like to see you and talk. Tap this into your phone 0769-414041. you call or text, OK!

Yes, I heard, but now I can't see anything. Sitting with a paper bag over my head and hyperventilating. "7.3 metres" and "narrow alleys" in the same sentence has that effect on me... 😉.
