With this post we want to wish all our readers and friends a Happy New Year! We are currently in the wonderful and interesting country of Sri Lanka. Today we focus on celebrating the new year, so here is a short post with some links and photos from Sri Lanka, as well as some small teasers for the coming year.

Greetings from Sri Lanka
We are currently in Sri Lanka and we are reporting every day from our trip. So far you have been able to read about:
- Flying to and renting a car in Sri Lanka
- Anhuradhapura - among temples and monkeys
- Climbing the lion mountain Sigiriya

We will celebrate New Year in Sri Lanka
We have just made it down to the coast of Sri Lanka, where we plan to celebrate New Year. We will not write a long post today, but instead focus on taking it easy and socialising with our friends. Soon there will be more posts from what we have seen and experienced on the road!
New year - new plans
The new year brings a lot of new plans at FREEDOMtravel. We will soon come out with a new design on the site, and there will also soon be a new layout on all our travel destination pages. In addition, in 2019 we celebrate ten years as a blog, and you have to celebrate that, right?
