Motorhomes and caravans that stand out
We have a stand, give lectures twice a day and always find nice people to talk to, so the time to look around the fair is limited. We've still managed to run a few laps, and every now and then you stop to see something special. Here are some motorhomes and caravans that stand out. Anything appealing? Or have you seen something else interesting at the fair that you can tell us about?
Motorhome: NL Motorhomes
Outside the exhibition centre, NL Motorhomes has two large motorhomes with large slide-outs on the sides. NL Motorhomes is a Swedish company and the motorhomes are manufactured in Hungary. There is no serial production, but each motorhome is designed exclusively according to the customer's wishes.
Caravan: Astella from Adria
Astella 704 HP is a caravan from Adria that stands out with its modern and innovative design. Two large doors on the side allow you to open up and get a wonderful view from both the kitchen and the bathroom. The caravan is 8.9 metres long and costs from SEK 659,900.
Motorhome: James cook from Westfalia
Westfalia's new James Cook is built on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis and measures just 5.9 metres. It's available with a rear slide-out, and when it folds out, you get a spacious bed, while still having plenty of room inside the vehicle. The motorhome on display at the show is equipped with a high roof, which means there are two additional beds under the roof. The base price for the show vehicle is £1,043,700.
Caravan: Eriba triton from Hymer
The Eriba Triton 430 is a caravan that measures 5.3 metres and has three beds. At the fair, it is displayed with skids, pulled behind a snowmobile. Cool! The basic price for the caravan is SEK 275,000. Eriba Triton is also available in a larger model.
Motorhome: Concorde
Concorde always looks mighty, and the Concorde Centurion Atego 990 GI is displayed extra grandly with a sports car in the garage (top photo). The Concorde is 9.9 metres long, has a total weight of 15,000 kg and the basic price is SEK 5,029,000. The sports car on display is a BAC Mono and its price is SEK 2 249 000.

But wow how lovely with double doors! I like! And how cool with medar?! Quite unexpected, but you just have to figure it out. 🙂

We also like the double doors! And isn't it cool that the caravan is on wheels?

I know I've written it too long but it's so much fun to see how you come up with things, solutions ...
Then I sometimes wonder where the boundaries are between luxury and comfort in absurdity. It feels like you should be a "camper" but still not reduce any comfort at all. Am I the only one who thinks that something has been lost? Or do I just have the wrong attitude? I'm basically a real scout with a shelter as a roof and food cooked on a storm kitchen ... with the added spice of T-spirits. 😀

Helena says:
Some camping vehicles are definitely more luxury than "camping". But there are all kinds of variants for all tastes and now I showed some of the most "extreme" examples of luxury ... There are also examples in the other direction, small caravans with simple camping kitchens. No, I don't think you are alone! 🙂

BP says:
The really big ones are a bit too flashy for me. Considering that probably only billionaires can afford such motorhomes, I wonder if the companies sell many. Because rich people don't usually go to campsites during their holidays...?

Helena says:
Haha, I know what you mean! The largest and most luxurious motorhomes are of course sold in smaller editions, but they are sold! 😉

Matts Torebring says:
Concorde, with its sports car, has to be the most recognised and photographed exhibit.

Well, I think I'll settle for the one we have!

Hello!
I have had a caravan and motorhome now for almost 40 years, the oldest caravan a Kabe in 1981.
have they thought about it, always start from when you start building a motorhome or caravan.
to install the fridge-freezer always on the side where the awning is not located. It is never
good to add 40-50 degrees of supply air for the fridge. Regards. Owe Campare 70+
