Happy Friday! The Elmia fair is now over, and we have had time for both work and After Work during this week. Now we have new travel plans. Already this week we are travelling - to another continent. Are you coming with us?

Elmia Caravan Motorhome 2019
We came home from Elmia late Sunday night, and this year it was a really intense fair for us. We are really happy with the fair, but we feel that we could be a bit more creative with our own stand. We had several crazy ideas but we didn't have the time to realise them... That will be next year instead! You can read about the fair here:
- Elmia 2019 - lectures, shrimp feast and Oktoberfest!
- Motorhomes and accessories at Elmia Husvagn Husbil 2019
Work ... and AW in the houseboat
This week it has been very intense on my (Helena's) job. We are currently holding online training courses for future course leaders for a health education that we are testing and evaluating in LSS organisations in a number of municipalities in the county. Exciting and fun! One evening there was also After Work in the houseboat and Peter really went all in with making cuts. I have it pretty good, don't I? Yum!
New travel plans
We have new travel plans! Already this coming week we are travelling to Egypt. Our very first trip together actually went to Hurghada in Egypt in 2005, when we made excursions to Karnak and Luxor where we checked out the Valley of the Kings.
We found the historical sights to be fantasticthat the desert quad bike tour was a great experience and that the sales people were... quite annoying. This time we will go to Sharm el Sheikh in co-operation with 1001 nights travel. This will be really exciting and we really look forward to experiencing Egypt again, more than ten years later!
Best this week
The best thing this week is that we can feel satisfied with the week at the Elmia Fair. And it is probably also positive that we have started to think about taking a week's worth of holiday from the blog. We humbly thank you for all the encouraging and positive comments! What has been the best part of your week?
The week ahead
Already this weekend we hope to be able to offer a post from Peter's trip to Switzerland! (We can't blog as quickly and efficiently when only one of us is travelling, but Peter has put together a great film and working on a post with all the beautiful photos!) After that, there will soon be reports from Egypt!

It looks good, and Peter is a clever slicer.
It's probably a good idea to take a holiday from blogging, reset your brain and start again.
The whole week is wonderful, we are on holiday???

Picking highlights from a wonderful week of travelling is not easy but yesterday we had booked a full day tour of the Duoro Valley with a local company. We visited vineyards we never found, enjoyed the wonderful nature from the boat and viewpoints. In addition, a good lunch under a large walnut tree in pleasant company....
I'd love to experience the sights of Egypt (preferably without intrusive salespeople)...

Wow! That was an impressive "cut table"! How good it looked.
The best part of this week for me will come in a few hours. A will come home after being on a course for three days in Germany. The house is empty when you are alone!

What an eye candy these cuts were. Nice! And then cheese fondue, not bad. Actually looking forward to a post from Switzerland. Oh of course, I'm hanging on in Egypt. But you probably need a week's holiday soon, I see;-)

The best part of this week has been that I have had two driving exercises, a laundry day and a retreat tomorrow.
You can choose a lot of things.
