Selfies banned in the skeleton church in Sedlec, Czech Republic

Northern lights are so incredibly cool! I have experienced it a few times in the Stockholm area as well.
I can't believe that it is so difficult to respect things that they are forced to introduce authorisations.

In Stockholm!? Well done! I know it's possible, but have never seen the northern lights myself unfortunately. And yes, a bit boring! I understand that you want to photograph, but in a respectful way. One wonders what kind of selfies led to the decision?

I have never experienced the northern lights. Must be cool to see it in person.
I find it a bit contradictory to not allow photography in the skeleton church. I mean, if the church is a tourist attraction, albeit a very macabre one, then one must assume that visitors want to take photos. How have they thought about it?

Helena says:
I have not seen the northern lights either, so I say the same as you! I agree that people should be allowed to take photos, but at the same time I wonder how people have behaved since it led to this decision? One should be able to show some respect in a chapel with dead people.

It is soooo nice with the northern lights! We saw a couple of small ones when we travelled off the coast of Greenland. Very pitiful, but still northern lights 🙂 .
When I lived in Västerbotten, it was not at all unusual to have really nice northern lights.

I haven't seen anything yet, but I hope to!
