Quiet days at home in Sweden

Right now we have calm days at home in Sweden. Fantastic! We're blogging, fixing things, socialising with friends and watching TV series and documentaries. That's something you need to do at least once a year, right?

Quiet days in the marina

It has been unusually quiet this week, so I hardly know what to write about. We have been hanging out at home in the houseboat a lot, and it has been very nice. We have been working on the computers, sorting and mending clothes, ordering some new clothes and watching TV series.

Watching TV series and documentaries

I (Helena) love watching TV series. You might not think so, but that's probably because I almost never have the time. When we do, it feels like so luxurious. Do you have any suggestions for TV series you like? Here are some we like:

Right now we have also started watching documentaries about the ancient world. Egypt. So Interesting! We would love to travel to Cairo, Alexandria and other exciting places in Egypt at some point.

New Year celebrations on Blidö

We spent the New Year weekend on Blidö., and it was also really nice. The top photo is from Blidö on New Year's Day! When we got home, we were still quite tired (you know, you drink a lot of bubble and turn the day around) so it was a pretty slow and relaxed day ... Now I have had time to work one day before it's the weekend again!

Best this week

The best thing this week is that we had time to rest, spend time with friends and family, and watch TV series on the sofa! What has been the best part of your week?

The week ahead

Soon there will be more 'normal' working days, and we also have several meetings booked with tourist agencies. It will be exciting, as we will be planning some of this year's trips and collaborations.

I plan to write a guide to El Gouna in Egypt, and I also plan to write a bit more about the food in Hungary. Then we'll see, something exciting is sure to happen!

Peter in Budapest ...
