This week we have been in the city and enjoyed both Christmas lights and celebrity spotting. Lovely! By the way, we are at home packing packages - and receiving packages. It's simply getting closer to Christmas!

Christmas lights (and celebrity spotting) in Stockholm
We were in Stockholm on Thursday to check out the programme. Nobel Week Lights. Since we are at home every day, it almost felt like an adventure to get into the city, haha. How different life has become then! Anyway, really nice to walk around Stockholm. It was not only the Nobel Week that lit up the city, but also all the Christmas lights.
We took the opportunity to have dinner at a fairly simple, but nice, place on Regeringsgatan called Wokhouse. And there were plenty of celebrities there, we must say! First came Morgan Johansson, the Prime Minister's deputy, together with two Säpo guys. Then came journalist and politician Lars Adaktusson. In the picture below, a group of moose.
We pack parcels
It's a real Christmas rush this spring web shop Now! We pack parcels like never before and every day we cycle or walk upstairs with one or two full bags of parcels. We have very good Christmas discounts so the profit for us is not so big, but it doesn't feel like it matters so much. It's great to be able to pack so many parcels! These are the 5 most purchased products in the last month:
- Motif paste Motorhomes
- Motif paste Christmas & New Year
- Key ring Motorhome Classic
- Coaster Motorhome Classic
- Dishcloth Caravan pattern
... and we have received parcels!
We have also received packages ourselves! As you may know, if you follow our blog, we have a close cooperation with the German Tourist Board. This Christmas we received a small package from them with a lunch box, a bicycle cover, a gift voucher for Lidl, some Beethoven stuff (this year is his 250th anniversary) and some other things. When you receive Christmas greetings, it feels like Christmas is approaching!
Best this week
Apart from the fact that it was nice to hang out in the Stockholm one evening, we are happy that we have found a "diet" that we enjoy and that allows us to slowly but surely lose weight. We have even found dishes that are really, really good! How is it for you, what can you highlight as positive from the week?
The week ahead
It is slowly but surely approaching Christmas. Given the current circumstances, we won't be making any major excursions. But we still have plans for some interesting (we hope) blog posts. What are your plans for the coming week?

This week will probably not go down in history as one of the most eventful in our lives. The grey weather has been constant and thankfully advent candlesticks/stars have brightened up our lives. To our delight, our photo book from the Norrland trip arrived in the mailbox so we could relive it in the corner of the sofa and best of all; We have booked a trip! Admittedly only three hotel nights here in Sweden but still. Now we have something to look forward to when it starts to brighten up again...
We wish you a nice weekend!

The header picture with the moose is really cool:-)
It's great that you recognised the politicians, I probably wouldn't have. If I had recognised them, I would have taken a photo of them, or asked if I could take a picture;-)
Have a nice 1st Advent now:-)

It's certainly a Christmas rush now. We are also unloading "Christmas packages" now in huge quantities, several full lorries with trailers a day. It feels almost unbelievable. A fully loaded truck with 500 large packages of refrigerated goods, just to Stockholm city centre.
