In a way it feels like absolutely nothing is happening, and at the same time it feels like everything is happening at once. Like something big and exciting is happening.

The calm before the storm?
On the one hand, extremely little happens in our lives. We are mostly at home, see very few people and hardly ever travel outside the county. At the same time, it feels like things are happening lots. We are in full swing in web shops, samples of new products are in the pipeline and several companies have called up about various exciting co-operation proposals. We are working hard on project planning and website development. It feels like something is in motion ...
Weekend on Blidö (with work)
In these corona times, we hardly go anywhere, except on walks to the supermarket or around the neighbourhood. However, last weekend we decided to go to Peter's brother Micke and his wife Nilla on Blidö. The reason was that we have an exciting collaboration going on with Micke, who will start working with us and the blog. We will of course tell you more when it all landed a little more!
We met this weekend to plan and help Micke set up a website. Cosy to come to Blidö! Usually we stay in the motorhome when we are here, but this time we stayed in the little red lake cottage (to the right in the picture). Very charming!
Packages from Santa Claus
When we got home to the houseboat Yesterday there was a small paper bag with goodies outside the door. On the bag was a small invitation to a mulled wine party on the pier this coming weekend. Probably together with the neighbours, but on the other hand it said that the bag is from ... the plot? What a nice thought, right?
Christmas planning
So, how do you plan Christmas this year? You can socialise with a few people, but then you can't see others the week before or the week after. Not easy to plan! We think we will see Peter's sons around Christmas, and then there will be a quarantine the week before and after. How do you ...?
Best this week
The best thing about this week is that it feels like a lot of things are happening around the blog. It's a little hard to put your finger on where the wind will take us, but it's exciting! What can you highlight as positive from your week?
The week ahead
Christmas is approaching and we are planning for good food and (occasional) family get-togethers. On the blog there will be Christmas spirit and other fun stuff. Wishing you a nice Friday!

My granddaughter, who lives with me, received a message yesterday,
that she has tested positive for C-19. 7 days of quarantine, means
that it ends on Christmas Eve. This applies to me too, of course.
Have no symptoms now, but you never know.
Not exactly a nice Friday, but it is beautiful with fresh
snow, which remains since the day before yesterday.
Understand that it will be fun with weekends on Blidö! Ciao!

What a fun idea with knytis on the jetty. Praise to the person who wrote the invitation by hand to all the accommodation in the marina. How cute with the little bottle. Such surprises mean so much in these sad and dark times.

Wasn't it nicely done? I'm bad at that kind of thing, but I really appreciate when someone spends time and energy!!!!

This year is different. We had hoped for that cosy Christmas with the whole family. Lots of crafts, cooking, baking and other things that raise the Christmas spirit. That's not the case this year. The two of us have put ourselves in voluntary quarantine in a tiny cabin in the forest. Here it will be mostly long walks. Thank goodness there are lots of Christmas films to watch and dream away for a little while when the darkness settles outside. Here we sit now for 9 days to be able to give our mums our company at Christmas. There will be minimal preparation but our mums won't be alone. That will be the most important thing for us at Christmas.

I'm really looking forward to hearing about your future projects.
We have been very careful, we think ourselves anyway and in comparison with many others, throughout the pandemic. Now at Christmas we have met the family for a few days, but really tried to keep our distance and brought our own plates and food, etc. So we must hope that we have not contributed to any spread of infection.
