The sun comes out from time to time and it feels like spring is on its way. Great! You really need this energy now when you have to deal with all the reports of increased infection and delayed vaccine deliveries. We try to find new walks and excursions in the neighbourhood!

New walks and excursions
Many of our days look relatively similar these days. We work at our computers, go for walks, cook dinner and watch TV shows. It's okay, but it's pretty boring. Some walks we are so tired on. When we went on a trip last weekend to Sundbyberg and checked out Sundbyberg's author signs, it was great to see something new.
Walk in Fredhäll
So where should we go today? Which walk should we take? It feels like we've trampled every path within walking distance ... But then Peter realised that we could go to Fredhäll on Kungsholmen. We haven't been there much.
We walked past a nice house with a flag that said "SLHF" (Stockholms Livsmedelshandlareförening) and then we went down to the water.
Here we found a really nice walking path, on wooden boardwalks along the waterfront. We were far from alone in finding this, but for us it was a new path to walk.
This really was a fantastic walking route. What's more, the weather was great. People were sitting everywhere along the cliff edges, enjoying the sun and the view.
After a while we could see over to Traneberg beach. It looked really nice, with the houses along the water.
The blog was down yesterday morning ... for 10 minutes.
Yesterday morning the blog was suddenly shut down. I checked my emails and I had received an email from the hosting company (One.com) saying that "your domain has been suspended due to the fact that you have exceeded your hosting company's storage space limit".
So, what? We didn't get it, but logged into the control panel where it said we had used "92.5 out of 50 GB". Yes, talk about exceeding the limit!!! But why hadn't we been made aware of it? We quickly paid (950 SEK) to update to 200 GB, and the site was up again. Phew!
Best this week
The best thing about this week is that spring is here! It's also great that we sent out our second newsletter - to three times as many subscribers as received the first newsletter.
The week ahead
We have several excursion plans for the weekend and it feels like really fun. Everything is within our neighbouring municipalities and outdoors. We load up with warm clothes and a packed lunch, and hope for exciting local adventures. You can of course read more here on the blog soon!

A nice walk in an unknown area for me.
How awful to see that the blog was down. I would panic. Very strange that it doesn't notify you of this. I'm glad it worked out at least.
Have a nice weekend!

Yes, an unexpectedly nice walk! And yes, I also panicked and thought that someone had hacked the blog somehow ... Isn't it strange that they didn't report it? I can't guarantee that I didn't miss it, but it can't have been very obvious anyway.

It is true that we are also deadly tired of many of the walks in our neighbourhood, but still it is often one of the closest ones that has been used the most. Your walk in Fredhäll looked really nice on the footpaths after the water.
Anyway, we are heading towards brighter times and on Monday we had our golf premiere in a lovely spring sun! It may be the best of the week for us!

Great weather and a lovely walk. That "walk" is actually relatively new - I would guess that it is about five years old. I think Stockholm City is incredibly good at creating new walking paths and maintaining old ones.

Nice to find a new path. Not always easy. It looks really nice!
