Renault showcases Hippie Caviar Hotel concept car
Renault is showing a concept car that stands out, called the "Hippie Caviar Hotel". According to Renault, the car will offer a 5-star camping experience, including a roof terrace with retractable soft backrests, based on the new rechargeable Renault Trafic, which will be launched next year.
The caravan is inspired by the 60s and the key word is flexibility, for example the rear seats can be converted into a comfortable bed. The strangest thing is that the press release states that you can order a "container with shower, toilet and built-in charging box. All delivered to where you intend to drive". Exactly how this will work is not clear? Price and launch date are not yet set.

Cruise restrictions eased in Denmark
The current cruise restrictions have been eased as of 20 August, allowing both vaccinated and tested passengers to disembark in Denmark. In addition to general entry rules, all passengers are required to have a negative test before disembarking, regardless of whether they are fully vaccinated. The test cannot be more than 48 hours old for rapid tests and 72 hours old for PCR tests. The tests can be administered by the ships.

Reflection of the week
Fun with new ideas about motorhomes! Renault's concept car may never go into production, but it may at least trigger the imagination when someone thinks a little "outside the box".

Hippie Caviar Hotel - what a fun but not exactly appropriate name for Renault's motorhome. I thought it was really cool in the youtube clip, but the interior was not shown. So I'm still curious about it;-)
Too bad the Food Market seems to miss Stockholm. Thought it was so fun when it took place at Sergels Torg for many years.
