Visiting motorhome friends
We don't often take the time to meet and socialise with friends along the way. Sometimes it's because it's hard to keep track of where everyone lives, and sometimes because we're too busy. But you also have to relax sometimes and socialise. Super nice to hang out one evening with Tiina, Jim and lovely little Alvin from the blog. Hobby on the road. Thanks for the hospitality and a nice evening!
As usual, it is perfect to have the house with you when you are invited away. This time we also got a nice entrance to the motorhome door. No risk of going wrong, even if there were a few glasses of wine in the evening!
Ending the campervan trip ... for now
It felt like we were on a roll. a very long timeand we absolutely thought we would be able to get from northern Skåne to Strömstad in five weeks. But we didn't! We didn't even reach Gothenburg before it was time to turn around.
We had a lot of excitement between Varberg and KABE/Adrias motorhome fair in Jönköping, but we haven't had time to write about this yet. Among other things, two castles (one of which is absolutely fabulous!) and a city that surprised us with fantastic art experiences (as well as the lovely people in the top picture). Can you guess where we have been ...?
New travel plans
We have now gone home to fix things that need fixing - celebrating anniversaries, taking care of work stuff, picking up packages of spare parts for Peter's electric bike, dealing with the products in the online shop etc.
After this we were eager to leave and continue where we left off, but now it looks like we are going to the Czech Republic instead, and that's not bad either. Happy Friday!

Best this week
We hardly know what day or week it is anymore... But we are still living on the memories of our last lovely city visit. Besides, it was really fun to visit the fair in Elmia. We have written about mobile homes 2021 and flatbed trucks 2021 from the fair. There will be a report on the caravans on Sunday - you can find out in which caravan Peter sits so comfortably! And you ... what has been the best part of your week?
The week ahead
We will be at home in Stockholm, and the blog will be about fairy tale castles, caravans, museums and a very nice city. So don't miss it!

Guess you've been to Borås, where we plan to go "when we have time"🤪😂 and we'll be retired!

What a fun interview in the newspaper:-) To exchange a trip in Sweden for one in the Czech Republic does not sound so stupid, especially considering that you really "grazed" Sweden since the pandemic started. Variety pleases, it is said; -)
