Direct flights between Luleå Airport and Paris this winter
Starting in December, France's largest tour operator Quartier Libre and the airline Transavia France will offer direct flights between Luleå and Paris. Once a week, on Fridays, the flight operates between Luelå Airport and Paris Orly Airport. The route is a combination of charter for incoming tourists and regular traffic and will be offered for 14 weeks during the winter season.
TUI removes face mask requirement on charter flights
It is no longer mandatory to wear a face mask on board TUI charter flights. The change came into effect on 11 March for bookings with TUIfly and its partner airline Jet Time. However, TUI continues to follow the EASA guidelines for passenger health and safety and therefore still recommends its customers to wear a face mask on board the aircraft.

Every year, the Sustainable Brand Index presents its report ranking the sustainability reputation of Swedish companies in different industries based on a survey of Swedish consumers. Presented below are travel-related industries and the companies that rank highest in each industry. In parentheses, the overall ranking among over 400 brands is presented.

This summer the car event "BotaniCar - Ride the future" is organised
Norrviken Gardens in Båstad, Sweden, will be the venue for a new kind of motorbike event this summer. From 4 to 6 August, the plan is to bring together innovation, the future and technology with beauty, gardening and passion. Together with a number of big names from the car industry, such as Audi, Koenigsegg and Volkswagen, the event will raise questions about future trends and visions. BotaniCar - Ride the future - will be an event that celebrates the dream of freedom and a green future.
The fair "Husbil Sthlm 2022 - Freedom on wheels" attracted 6709 visitors.
The fair "Husbil Sthlm 2022 - Freedom on wheels" at Kistamässan 18-20 March attracted 6709 visitors. Compared to the 2020 fair, this is an increase of 2202 people. The main organisers were Autohallen husbilar, Albins husbilar, ProDob Däck & Bilservice and Skoklosters husbilar och husvagnar.
"Destination of the Year" awarded by FREEDOMtravel
At the fair "Husbil Sthlm 2022 - Freedom on wheels" the "Destination of the Year" was awarded by FREEDOMtravel. The prize is awarded to a town, region or other geographical area that, according to FREEDOMtravel, best meets a number of criteria that make a destination worth visiting by motorhome travellers.
