New job situation

Our job situation has changed and I (Helena) no longer work full or part time as a public health scientist. There may be some remote projects, such as training or analysing interviews, later this year. Otherwise, we do completely different things. We work with freedomtravel.se and also write articles for magazine on Housecar.se. Let's see what the future holds!

Good food with a spring theme

We had a lot of lobster in the freezer and were tired of making lobster soup. We fatThis is indeed a luxury concern. But what to do? Peter decided to make a sandwich cake with lobster and prawns. Wow, so good!

The next day it was instead a salad with prawns and lobster. No, it was not bad in any way.

After this, we have run out of lobster in our stocks, and we have instead inspired by Cyprus and started making Greek-inspired dinners with chicken, bread, Greek salad, and different kinds of mixes. So simple and so good!

Life in the marina

Life in the marina is always varied, and right now a lot is happening outside our windows. Yesterday, for example, we got new ladders everywhere, including next to the... our houseboat. There are also some things we need to do ourselves soon, but we will come back to that.

Best this week

Best this week? We have given a lecture, conducted an interview and generally worked hard. It feels good! We've also had several days of spring weather, and we've taken our bikes out for the first time in a long time. What has been the best part of your week?

The week ahead

In the week to come, we plan to prepare even more for the spring and summer motorhome holidays. We will fix the houseboat, finish some business and pick up the motorhome from winter storage. Don't miss out!
