Tallink charters ships to the Netherlands - Swedish crew put on notice
Tallink Grupp has decided to charter out the Swedish-flagged vessel Galaxy to the Netherlands for a longer period of time. The board has also decided to start the process of changing the flag of the ship to the Estonian flag. The Galaxy will thus be taken out of service on the line Stockholm - Turku, and as a consequence the Swedish crew will be given notice of redundancy. The vessel Silja Europa, which normally operates from Helsinki to Turku. Tallinn, will be chartered out to the Netherlands.
Swedes dream of living abroad - Spain tops the list
Three in ten Swedes (28 per cent) are considering buying a home abroad and Spain is by far the most popular country, according to a recent Sifo survey from Fastighetsbyrån. City dwellers are most keen to live abroad (32 per cent) and in the 50-64 age group 43 per cent have considered buying a home abroad. These are the countries most attractive to Swedes for living abroad:

- Italy (9%)
- France (5%)
- Portugal (5%)
- Greece (5%)
Norrviken Gardens organises motorcycle event
Norrviken Gardens in Båstad this summer will be the venue for a first-of-its-kind motorbike event of the future. During the period 4-6 August, innovation, the future and technology will come together with design, nature and passion. Together with a number of big names from the car industry, questions about future trends and visions will be raised. BotaniCar - Ride the future - will be an event with a focus on vehicles, lifestyle and garden that celebrates the dream of freedom and a green future.
The MINI family presents the all-electric MINI Concept Aceman
Introducing the MINI Concept Aceman, the first preview of the new design of future MINI generations. This concept car focuses on the design and technological innovations that define the design language of the future MINI family. The MINI Concept Aceman features an all-electric powertrain and responsible material design without any leather or chrome. The car has four doors, space for five people and a large boot.
Last chance for free camping cinema in summer 2022
Camping cinema has now completed most of its tour, but will be on the road until the third of August when the last tour stop takes place at Sandviks Camping in Linköping. Campingbio is free for all visitors and offers two film screenings in collaboration with SF Anytime. Three chances remain this summer, but several campsites have already said they want the event back next summer.

Reflection of the week
The possibility of teleworking may make it easier for more people to live abroad, even before retirement. But it must also make it easier to live in places in Sweden other than the big cities - because there are so many beautiful places around our country!

I understand that Spain is most popular among Swedes to live in. Torrevieja is a Swedish colony with many services where the staff speak Swedish. Even the private health care is excellent, always with a Swedish interpreter, for example. And the weather is a dream.
The Mini looks cool, although I'm not a fan of electric cars.
