Happy Friday! Every Friday we, Helena and Peter at FREEDOMtravel, tell you a little about our week. Today we can tell you about our new newsletter, about this week's small motorhome trip and about an unexpected moose meeting.

New newsletter coming soon
So far, we have been sending newsletters to our subscribers from time to time, but this has become more and more infrequent over time. A while ago we decided to create an automatic newsletter instead - which will go out once a week with the latest articles (and a few lines of text from us, which we can change from time to time). The idea came about after several readers asked for a simple way of follow FREEDOMtravel.
Now we - and especially our web developer - have been working on the development of this newsletter for quite some time. We believe and hope that the first letter will be published this Sunday. If you haven't subscribed yet, you can sign up below:
#mc_embed_signup{background:#fff; clear:left; font:14px Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; } /* Add your own Mailchimp form style overrides in your site stylesheet or in this style block. We recommend moving this block and the preceding CSS link to the HEAD of your HTML file. */Subscribe to our newsletter!
Small caravan tour
We have mostly been at home in the houseboat during the week, but we have also managed a short caravan trip together with Peter's older brother Micke. The trip went to Peter's mum, to help her with all kinds of things for the colder season.
On the way home we hitchhiked in a car park at Björklinge outdoor area in Uppsala municipality.
It turned out to be a super nice area with a bathing area at Långsjön, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, ski slopes and a campsite, which was closed for the season now.
Best this week
The best thing this week is that we will finally (we hope) be able to send out the new newsletter on Sunday! We have also caught up with some work after Senior Fair in Stockholm. And we are happy about the nice autumn weather!
Another thing we're happy about - even though this probably happened two weeks ago - is that it went well for that moose we met on the way home from Bohuslän. All the motorists around us were paying attention, and after a bit of bobbing back and forth on the roadway, the moose, to everyone's relief, trotted back into the forest.
Now it's your turn ... what can you highlight as positive from your week? Feel free to write a comment!
The week ahead
During the coming week, we will be at home in the houseboat and work with FREEDOMtravel. We have several planned meetings with partners and also an exciting event on the agenda.
As usual, freedomtravel.se will provide travel inspiration for small and large adventures. Now we take the opportunity to wish you a really nice Friday and weekend!

Exciting with the moose encounter, lucky it survived!
This week we are happy to finally leave Uppsala County on our way to Portugal. A few more weeks in Sweden before we leave the country, but at least we will be travelling around new areas! It is also great that I have landed a couple of new assignments just in time now that we have finished all the autumn agreements and tasks and there is more time.

Yes, how nice that the moose survived! One would rather not have to see when it goes wrong ...! Wonderful that now is on the way and perfect with new missions at the right time!!!

Thank goodness both the moose and all the motorists survived. An involuntary adventure, you could say.
Enjoy the newsletter! It's always good to get a project off the ground.
