It's hard to find the words after this trip. We have had an incredible week in Uzbekistan. This country, I don't really know how to explain to give it justice ... And then the wonderful company of course!

An amazing week in Uzbekistan
Travelling in Uzbekistan was overwhelming and amazing, in every way. We have been there before, in Samarkandbut now we got to see many more places, such as the historically beautiful Bukhara, the exciting capital city of Tashkent and a dramatic mountainous area in the north-east.
In addition, it was so much fun to have this wonderful group of travel writers with us. We had chosen them carefully - people who are great to travel with, but who are also influential creatives or journalists, as requested by the Uzbekistan Tourism Organisation. It turned out better than we could have imagined. So this is the team! Despite sleep deprivation and all kinds of challenges - only happy faces and generosity!
Back home in Sweden - spring at last!
We are now back home in Sweden, and we have been greeted by fantastic spring weather. It has been a party at home, beer in town with friends and motorhome fix. Always great when the sun is shining!

Best this week! Uzbekistan Of course! It is so fantastic travelling to countries that feel exotic and different, while feeling super safe. Remember we said that! More people will be travelling to Uzbekistan!

Thank you very much Annar! Uzbekistan is very proud of and concerned about its independence. They talk a lot about what they have done since independence and how they want to develop their own country! However, there are relations and trade with Russia. When we asked about the war in Ukraine, our guides replied that the official position is that the country is neutral and in favour of peace. We also spoke to individuals who were more vocal in their support for Ukraine.

What a fantastic week you had in this cool country and then come home just in time for spring to really come to our latitudes!
We have had a wonderful week on the roll when we really met the heat and spring in Skåne, so nice!
Now we are preparing to go to Öland and the motorhome meeting at Böda like so many other motorhome drivers.
