There's been a lot of talk about food and drink here at FREEDOMtravel lately, and that theme continues for a while. For our part, we've just landed in Tallinn, where we're looking forward to the spa and Christmas market. Happy Friday!
Table of contents
The drinks fair in Stockholm
Last weekend we visited the Drink Fair, which was organised in the Annex, by the Globe in Stockholm. An exciting fair with lots of different manufacturers of, for example, whiskey and gin, but of course also various colourful drinks and some different accessories.
Our absolute favourites were the whiskey and brandy drinks served at The Spirits News.
It's fun to have a bit of fun when you're back in your home town. We'll try to get even better at it - and then we will of course tip you too - so don't miss following us here and in social media!
Mattema on FREEDOMtravel
Without really planning it, there has been a maths theme on FREEDOMtravel lately. We have written about Georgian food and Georgian wine. Our guest writers have told us about Turku for bon vivants, Palma for Foodies and if nuts from around the world.
Perhaps it's natural to think about food a bit more at this time of year, when it's dark and cold outside, and Christmas is approaching? In fact, the food theme seems to be continuing for a bit longer - we have a lot of food-themed stories in the pipeline!
Now in Tallinn!
At the moment, when this is published, we are in Tallinn. We landed late last night, so we don't have any photos yet, but we will of course report soon. Our focus for this long weekend is the Christmas market and spa. Not so bad, is it?

Best this week
It may sound like everything in our lives is fun all the time, but of course it's not. Like everyone else, we're constantly dealing with different challenges in our daily lives, whether it's related to health, family, finances, or just general everyday hassles. But as long as there are positive things in our lives (and yes, we love life with FREEDOMtravel!), we do our best to focus on them.
So we think about what has been best this week, and we can say that we have made some decisions about FREEDOMtravel that we are happy with and that it will be really fun to discover Tallinn again!
If you do the same and think back on your week... what can you highlight as positive?
The week ahead
Right now, we're focusing on Tallinn. On FREEDOMtravel you can expect a mix of reports, including a report from Tbilisi and even more maths-themed reports. Now we take the opportunity to wish you a great Friday and weekend!

Wishing you a great weekend in Tallinn. A city that has so much to offer in terms of most things. Best of the week? Theatre, nice design activities together with the Promenade Club, restaurant visits, meeting with friends and "All light on Uppsala". So nice to see.
