Many people travelling by motorhome often prefer pitches (simple overnight stops) to campsites. The reason may be that they are closer to cities or attractions and that they do not have to pay for things they are not interested in (playgrounds, water slides, entertainment, etc.). Last year we travelled with the motorhome for a whole year. The motorhome became our home, whether it was in Portugal or Corsica or Albania. Now it stands still (deactivated!) in our car park. But we can't wait to get on the road with FREEDOM again!
