Today we braved the heat (36 degrees and scorching sun) and left the quiet holiday resort of Porto Pino in Sardinia for the more hectic city of Cagliari. Why? Well, we need cook things. We need to fix the motorhome (engine light and spanner icon on), we need to fix my computer (battery and charging problems) and we need to fix ourselves (knee pain and headache problems).

The campsite owner at Camping Sardegna in Porto Pino, Sardinia, asked us to move the motorhome back two metres. No problem! Since we were travelling such a short distance, we didn't bother to close the windows... but we should have.

At home in Sweden we usually think that our motorhome is "normal sized" - there are motorhomes both larger and smaller than ours. Here in Corsica we have started to reconsider this idea. Right now, it feels more like we have a enormous motorhome. All campsites have more motorhomes of the same size as ours, but most of them are significantly less.
