Are motorhomes only for the elderly? If you look through the windscreen of some motorhomes, you can pretty quickly conclude that the average age of motorhome owners is relatively, how should we say, respectable... The difference between Poland and the Czech Republic is that the Czech Republic has small roads and lower speeds, while Poland has higher speeds and much more traffic, on the same small roads. So forget about being in a hurry! Just go between 50 and 80 kilometres per hour and enjoy life.

European trip 2009

The trip around Europe can be summarised as enormous fun. There was never a time when we were unsafe, for any robbery or the like. It seemed almost ridiculous that we installed a safe, but this is done so that there is not even a small risk of losing our passports, for example. The weather has been wonderful all the time, just what you want, but the food is not great and it's expensive. 500 SEK for each night on a campsite, and it's almost a requirement from two teenage boys that there should be a pool and other fun things. Then we also have Italians who have patience on the outside, honking and shouting at everything, fun people. We have to take our pitches and do it at the right price, when the teenagers grow up.
