When we travelled home on Sunday from our Motorhome weekend at Jogersö we needed a place to stop and eat our lunchtime lamb sausage. What could be better than a castle? On the way home from Jogersö camping in Oxelösund, we took the opportunity to drive past the island of Femöre, which is connected to the mainland by a small bridge. We had been advised to check out the lighthouse keeper's house, the Femöre fortress and, not least, the view. We were not disappointed, so to speak! In addition, it was a real British summer on Sunday, with sunny and warm autumn weather.

Now we are finally out with the campervan again! We both have a lot of work to do in front of the computers and decided to roll to a campsite for a change of scenery while we work. Many campsites are closed this time of year, but we finally found a year-round campsite that we were curious about: Jogersö camping, near Oxelösund outside Nyköping.

Last Saturday we enjoyed a seafood buffet at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm, together with Peter's son Robin, his wife Alexandra and their friends Robin and Elin. It has long been a "tradition" for us to visit the Grand's seafood buffet every other year or so, and some of the family always book a bunch of tickets for the following year.

Want to try a really good brunch in Stockholm? Then we can recommend restaurant K4 in Pampas marina in Solna. As you may know, we live in a houseboat here. There is a restaurant down here in the marina and last spring it got new owners. We have long thought that we would visit the new restaurant, but it has not happened until Sunday, when the restaurant invited us residents to brunch. Wow, we just say! If you want high quality brunch in an idyllic setting - then you should definitely come here!

Now we have come home to Sweden, after our tour of Poland and the Czech Republic, and our first destination here at home was Tylösand outside Halmstad. My (Helena's) mum has a summer house there and of course we wanted to come and visit. I spent all my summers as a child in Tylösand so every corner feels like home, even though a lot has changed. We had time for both an evening walk and a morning walk past several beaches in Tylösand.

We've tried brunch at the Hobo Hotel. Last Saturday, after the big event at the Sheraton hotel In Stockholm, a small group of bloggers met for brunch at the new design hotel Hobo Hotel on Brunkebergs torg. We met some of our best travel blogger friends and at the same time could enjoy really good food in the sun on Hobo's relaxed outdoor terrace.

We spent Monday and Tuesday this week on the island of Ringsö in Lake Mälaren. Our friends Lennart and Beata have a summer house there, which they have been building for many years.
