On Sunday we were in Warsaw and then we only had time to go home and sleep a few hours before it was time to drive round trip Stockholm - Gävle. There are sudden changes now! The reason for our trip to Gävle is that I (Helena) have applied for a job there. I'll tell you more of course, and we take the opportunity to show some pictures from the beautiful winter road. We have winter and snow in Stockholm now too, but it is even more winter when you drive north!

This weekend was All Saints Day and we met my (Helena's) mum and brother and their family to spend time together and light a candle on my dad's grave. Mum also treated us to a meal at Skänkstugan in Täby. This little restaurant in the countryside is really cosy and also offers good food, so of course we have to tell you and show you some pictures. This weekend we did Norrköping and Nyköping by motorhome. We drove from Stockholm on Thursday after work because I was going to lecture in Norrköping on Friday morning. Then we found a nice pitch in Nyköping.

Now we are in place in Piteå and prepared for the Stora Nolia fair that starts tomorrow. It has taken two days to drive up and we have had nice company of motorhome friends all the way. There was an overnight stay in Örnsköldsvik and a small trip past Bea's smokehouse in Jävre before we rolled into the caravan park in Piteå.
