We have now got a place at Sonja's campsite in Löttorp. Since we did not book a place in advance, we had to queue, but luckily we got a place. And this campsite feels really good! We have had time to install ourselves and enjoy the lovely summer.

Now we have arrived on Öland and Löttorp's campsite! We took the bridge from Kalmar and then drove up to Löttorp, just south of Böda. We had booked a place at Löttorp's campsite because according to the website there would be everything possible here: several restaurants, pool with large water slide, adventure golf with wildlife theme, artists and specially built terraces against which you can dock your motorhome. Now Bråvalla festival 2013 is over. We have seen lots of good concerts, everything from Hoffmaestro and Green Day to Thåström and Armin van Buuren. Above all, we have had great fun. It has been sunny and muddy and a constant party for several days.

Yesterday we had our summer break with work - in Kaknästornet. Kaknästornet is located on Gärdet in Stockholm and is the centre of Teracom's radio and TV traffic in Sweden. Opened in 1967, the tower is 155 metres high (170 including the mast) and has 34 floors.

After we finished eating at Grodhavet at Pampas Marina, our friends took us on a bike ride past Hornsberg beach and Kristineberg beach. This area has really developed and become fantastically beautiful!

We rolled past the caravan park in Trosa yesterday, which was full of motorhomes, and continued out on the small bridge towards Trosa havsbad and camping. Trosa's site is excellent, but we have been there many times and were a little curious about the campsite.

Now we have made it to Lysingsbadets camping, which is located just outside Västervik. This is an absolutely huge campsite with 900 campsites, cabins, restaurants, pool, gym and I don't know everything. Fortunately, Carina and Stefan, who we talked to through the blog, had come here before and recommended nice places by the water. So for us it was just to roll down and stand next to them.

Now we have arrived at Gamleby camping, not far from Västervik. The campsite is large and seems well maintained, but right now it is quite deserted here. We have found a place high up with a lovely view of the water.

This weekend it was finally time for the premiere of our motorhome Freedom. We have rolled to Bredsands camping in Enköping. There are no staff yet, but they have solved it smoothly so you can call and get a code to the hostel.
