Then it was time to take the ferry from Kiel to Gothenburg, after two months of motorhome travel in Europe. It was the first time we took this particular ferry, and we have to say that in our opinion this is the best ferry between Sweden and Germany. Here, the North Sea wind blows briskly, the fishing shops are densely packed and the beaches are so wide that they resemble deserts.
