Now we have a real "Stockholm winter"! Snow, sleet and ice take turns, and sometimes it's windy too. Houseboat life is all about shovelling and tying up moorings. But, we can also enjoy sunny days and we hope, hope that you will answer our survey!

Happy Friday! We've taken a step into the new year, 2025, and it's time for the first "Happy Friday" of the year. Every Friday, we'll run a "blogy" post with glimpses from our week and an attempt to highlight the most positive of the week.

Christmas came and went, and here at home it's been pretty quiet. After an intense autumn, we finally feel like we've got some time to spare - both to tackle things that need doing and to unwind. Happy Friday!

Christmas is just around the corner. Time is ticking away at a furious pace and it's already 20 December. Just a few days left until Christmas Eve ... We are working on our various projects and living the houseboat life, sometimes in quite stormy weather!

What a week! We are home in the houseboat now, after all the autumn travel, and we are waiting for life to calm down ... But that hasn't really happened yet, on the contrary, it feels like it's full steam ahead.

Then it was Friday again! We are back home after a fantastic trip in Tallinn, and now we actually plan to be home for a while. Now it will instead be work, meetings, events and new exciting projects.

There's been a lot of talk about food and drink here at FREEDOMtravel lately, and that theme continues for a while. For our part, we've just landed in Tallinn, where we're looking forward to the spa and Christmas market. Happy Friday!

We've reached November, and it's unexpectedly bright and sunny. That alone is something to be happy and grateful about, right? Our week has been filled with meetings, events, luxuries and ... a boat trip.
