Visiting the vineyards of Valpolicella was one of the things we were really looking forward to! We visited three wine producers: Viviani, Benedetti and Masi. At both Viviani and Benedetti, we were very well received and got to taste around among the good wines.

The recipe was originally found in the book "Under the Walnut Tree", but perhaps modified slightly. Really good with a feta cheese scramble.
