Celebrating New Year's Eve in different countries

We wish all our readers and friends a Happy New Year 2017! By the time you read this, we will have celebrated the new year at Wallmans salons in Stockholm, together with our friends Lennart and Beata. We hope to report and show pictures from the celebration tomorrow, but reporting at 06:00 the next morning is a bit optimistic. Instead, you'll have to make do with a little cavalcade of memories from our previous years, when we celebrated New Year's Eve in different countries - from clubs in Ukraine to beaches in Asia.

Motorhome and travel year 2016

The year is coming to an end and it's almost time to look forward to an exciting new year. But before that, we will summarise the motorhome and travel year 2016. There were a total of ten trips abroad (plus two Åland cruises) and three slightly longer motorhome trips in Sweden. Wow, what a year it has been!

The day before yesterday it was released, the new 360 camera from Nikon. Samsung also has a 360 camera that was released not so long ago, but the model from Nikon seems to be a little bit sharper in some respects. Guess who went shopping for an early Christmas present for ourselves yesterday!

SAS new aircraft with internet

Ok, here we go and it's not Friday, but Peter at the controls anyway. I was at an event about the new SAS aircraft Airbus A320 Neo and it was not difficult to "find Nemo", I mean Neo. SAS is investing heavily in a new aircraft fleet, the first of 30 and there will be a lot of new planes in the future. Free bus from the city centre, check. Free coffee, check. Free food, check. Cold as hell in the hall, check and a very nice plane, check. Follow me.

Handiscover - the travel portal with hotels for people with disabilities - started at the beginning of the year and is now expanding rapidly. Today there are 11 countries and 1600 bookable accommodations: apartments, houses, hotels and bed & breakfasts.
