Food and drink in different countries
Peter & Helena who run FREEDOMtravel.se have been lucky enough in our lives to eat and drink almost everything. We also have the desire to try many different dishes and hence we can write about food. Peter also has several different recipes for Youtube/freedomtravelnews and mostly about fish and seafood as they are our favourites.
All the foods and drinks we write about have been experienced by us on our travels. We do not delve deep into the articles, but more as a general overview of what it is and whether it is good, as it usually is. Much is just a matter of habit or getting it together with other things, which makes the flavours marry as many people say.
What gets you going and what do you miss?
Sure, we can write about Italian, French, Spanish, but we chose to focus on a few oddballs. food in Sweden is of course included. What do you think is missing?
