Why travel to Oman?
Oman borders the United Arab Emirates to the northwest, Saudi Arabia to the west and Yemen to the southwest. It also has a long coastline facing the Arabian Sea to the east and the Gulf of Oman to the northeast. Unlike many of the neighbouring countries, there are few migrant workers here, so you'll find residents working in regular jobs around the country.
Oman also has more history than many of the neighbouring countries, and in Nizwa you can see the 17th century Nizwa Fort, with 13th century walls. The country also offers beautiful nature. There are many different travel destinations in Oman to discover. You can find tips and inspiration here.
