The baking mat is a generous size, 55×90 cm, with practical double-sided printing and a conversion table for American and English measurements. It is made of food grade silicone and can withstand up to 230 degrees. The baking mat is designed for food artisans but works well as a craft or colouring mat. It tends to disappear into both the children's room and the garage. Buy two! The only thing you shouldn't do is cut or snip it. Baking should be easy!
