A holiday in Skåne is something you don't want to miss! In our southernmost landscape, you can enjoy long sandy beaches, vast seas and green beech forests. You can also experience beautiful castles, historical sights and cosy vineyards.

Holidays in Skåne
On the eastern side of Skåne, you can travel around Österlen, among apple orchards and restaurants serving food made from local produce. On the western side, you can explore the Kulla and Bjäre peninsulas, which offer everything from nature reserves and caves to vineyards and boat trips.
Skåne is also home to a number of exciting cities such as Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg, Landskrona and Ystad. In Malmö, you can experience everything from Malmöhus Castle to street art, while Helsingborg offers wonderful destinations such as Sofiero Castle and the open-air museum Fredriksdal.

- Free camping: You can free camp with a motorhome as long as you follow laws and local regulations, but in Österlen and around the Bjäre Peninsula there are many no-go signs.
Food and drink in Skåne
